  2. Heat shielding

  4. Engine Bay Insulation

    I’m preparing to install the headers on my new coyote motor. But before I do that, I’m determining whether I should add any insulation to the engine bay compartment on the aluminum panels? I’ve read all the blogs talking about what kinds of insulation to use, but that’s after someone has already decided to do some insulation.

    And, I have already insulated for sound deadening the entire cockpit area, including inside the foot boxes.

    My question is more to whether it’s ...

  5. GRADUATION DAY!!!!! FR 7011 is street legal in NJ

    I finally did it. What a journey this was.

    I got plates for my roadster on 4/25/25. PIcked up the kit on 6/20/09 - 15 years and 10 months.

    Here it is. Will try to list the mods another time as they are extensive.

    4.6L V8 Supercharged, IRS, T56 6 speed.

    As many find, life gets in the way of the dream including 4 kids, working in NYC everyday with late nights, and walking away from the project when issues seem unsolveable.
