    Any chance your pickup assembly is slightly shorter than the on I received? A 1/8 of an inch would go a long way.

    Figured it out, tab was bent. I am concerned if this engine will have enough fuel with the 5/16 feed line.

    What engine are you running? There is information out there on sizing fuel lines. I am running 1/2" from the pickup to carburetor (dual Edlebrock 650cfm).

    I figured a way to use 3/8 (6AN) all the way, that should feed her okay. I used that in the old days with a 650hp small block drag car.
