ISC Suspension-NA 5X100 to 5X114.3 Wheel Adapter, Fit STi Wheels on your 818!

Hello everyone! We here at AJW Performance have been selling ISC Suspension-NA coilovers and other accessories for many years now. They are good quality brand and have never let us down. Recently ISC has introduced their new Wheel Adapters, an item that has been very important to members of the Subaru community! These wheel adapters allow you to use STi Wheels on your WRX or in your case, your 818 or 818R! These are offered in 15mm or 25mm. Please see below for the official Description from ISC.

Finally, A name brand Subaru wheel adapter that works well and is affordable! No sense in paying 450.00 for competitors adapters any longer. This set ( 4) of bolt pattern adapters will allow you to bolt STI fitment wheels (5x114) to your WRX (Legacy, Forester, BRZ or any 5x100 Subaru)! Unlike most bolt pattern adapters, these are available in 15mm AND 25mm(SKU 16).

The ISC Subaru wheel adapters fit all 5x100 Subarus. Precision-CNC-machined billet aluminum bolt pattern adapters, and twenty special low-profile lug nuts. The adapters are hub-centric for both the car and wheels. Offered in both a anodized ISC gold, or a stealth black finish. ISC Logo is engraved on spacer as well.

    Materials Used:

Adapter: CNC 7075 light weight high grade aluminum

    Included Hardware: M12*1.25, Grade 10.9

*** Please Note*** 15mm adapters are so thin, the factory studs will most likely stick out beyond the spacer. That means the 5x114 wheels you are bolting on MUST have pockets in back for the studs to poke into or modifications will need to be made to the studs. Make sure to check your wheels for clearance before you order these. Most STI wheels DO have pockets on the back side, so it is usually fine. You can also modify a wheel to have pockets, do some research on this and see if it right for you.

Can you enlighten us Chevy/Ford guys on the benefits? It's a steep learning curve for me on all the Subaru tricks. Are the STI wheels cheaper? more options? what is the benefit?

More wheel options - especially race wheels.

mostly for additional wheel fitments... lots of the wider wheels are not available in 5x100 but do exist in 5x114

another benefit would be doing an STI knuckle swap (with 5x114 hubs/bearings) on the front and running a pair of these on the rear (rather than messing with sti rear knuckles/cvs/axles) so you can run matched wheels all the way around.
A well stocked beverage fridge is the key to any successful project.

These are great for running other types of wheels that aren't available for the WRX. Many wheels come in 5X114.3 which is much more common.

these are very nice, do they make a std spacer as well? ie 5x100 to 5x100?

They do not, however we can knock the studs out of those and you would have hub centric spacer but you'd have a lot of free space.

The ability to fit 5X114.3 wheels without adding to much width. If someone has a +48 offset wheel and only wants to run a bit less then these are a better suggestion and option than the 25mm which may be to much.

Do the adapters affect the rotors in any way or do the spacers go on afterwards?

Negative, running adapters/spacers can affect the hubs a little but so will putting any aftermarket wheel on your car.

Let me rephrase the question. I have aftermarket breaks/rotors for a 5X100. If I go with spacers, do I need to change the rotors since they are built for a 5X100?

No, nothing has changed if I am understanding your question correctly. You are 5X100... the adapters can get you to change from 5X100 to 5X114.3 or ISC makes SPACERS now for people to keep 5X100 OR 5X114.3. Does this answer the question? Sorry for the misunderstanding.
