Great... I have a few more parts to get powder-coated... I'll hold off until I get these to run them all in the same batch.

    Thanks,

Steering column spacers arrived today. I'm talking to David Hodgkins right now about getting my Vendor status. The other two parts should be here this week.

Put me down for a steering rack spacer. Can you write up a little something about how you pressed your column down? My 12ton isn't tall enough to get the column under it. I just used a lump hammer on my bad column, but not sure that's the best method.

Next product will be radiator spacers.

They have a machined lip on the inside to retain the stock bushing:

And attach through the frame using a large washer and button head screws:

Cable brackets arrived. Going to start sending PM's to the list of interested parties. It looks like this first round will be a sellout.

I also paypal'd my money and now looking forward to the goodies.
A guy can buy a cool kit and then invent and make a few parts that others like so they help pay for the kit. What a cool country, eh?

Thanks Rori, tracking says it will be at my front door when I get home so I'll get it mounted up tonight and post my results.

Hoping to take about 60mm out of the column.

    Rori,

Did I see some where that your shifter hardware only works with the KTune shifter or will the they work with the shifter box and cables supplied from FFR?

I have only tested it with the K-tuned parts. I no longer have the FFR bracket to even test it with. It would probably work if you pointed the arm down and flipped it around, but because you can't bend the arm like you are instructed to with the FFR arm it may negate any clearance that you were hoping to gain.

Most of the frames I've seen, the radiator isn't high enough so the steering rack bellows rubs the coolant hose line. Some people have made their own spacers to move the radiator up so it doesn't rub. Rori has a nice solution that is simple but effective.
