    We are a new vendor here, but we have all ready helped our a few people with their 818's, and maybe we have something for you too.

    We have been specializing in Subaru performance for a long time now, and we have a huge amount of engine and transmission parts from pistons, cranks, blocks, bearings to gear sets, differentials, etc. I'll post a few things here, and if you don't see something that you need, let us know and we probably have it.     Basic Hybrid Install Kit

    Doing a budget EJ257 rebuild in your WRX? This is the kit for you. This kit assumes that anything that can be re-used from your 2.0L WRX setup is in good condition. It includes everything that is absolutely necessary to replace to get the EJ257 swap running in your WRX.

    You may need to replace other parts due to wear, but this kit includes everything that is totally necessary.

    COMPREHENSIVE 2.5L HYBRID SWAP INSTALL KIT

    The next step up from the basic kit, the comprehensive kit includes all the gaskets required for you to do a complete resealing of your engine during a hybrid swap. It also includes the Cosworth 1.5mm Head Gaskets (Part # 20002145), designed to lower compression when using the 2.0L heads.

    This kit does not include any hard parts, only gaskets, so like the Basic kit assumes that all mechanical parts are re-usable.

    Subaru is not including Valve Cover Gaskets any longer in the 2002 MGK, and they have removed the Half-Moon seals from both kits as well. Because we feel these are important parts that you will need, we have now changed our prices to include them so you will not need to purchase them separately.

    MASTER 2.5L HYBRID SWAP INSTALL KIT

    Save by buying everything for your EJ257 swap in one place!

    This kit includes everything that we recommend to do an EJ257 hybrid swap the right way.

    This ensures you have peace of mind, knowing all the vital components supporting your new block are also new, or upgraded. Also, all of these items need to be removed during the swap anyways, so it is a wise choice to do them now while the engine is out of the car, as opposed to wrestling with it down the line when you need to replace the old water pump you re-used.

    ASF Machine Balanced EJ257 Crank

    We have had a number of requests for a precision balanced crank, and we are proud to announce that we now have one. We are working with ASF machine, and having them balance the stock heat treated cranks for us, and they are now available.

    The crank's are usually balanced to within .3 - .5 grams.

    They are on our shelf ready to ship, and at most would be about a week out. But we are working with ASF to make sure that these are readily available.

    OEM 2011+ SUBARU STI HEAT-TREATED CRANKSHAFT

    This is the Heat Treated crankshaft out of the 2010 Subaru WRX STi EJ257.

    Heat Treating hardens the surface of the crank, which prevents scoring caused by a piece metal getting stuck between the bearing and the crank.

    By increasing the hardness of the crankshaft surface, any material which gets caught between the new surfaces is simply ground down and filtered out through the oil, potentially preventing bearing failure.

    This is a brand new part, straight from Subaru!

    The Subaru Part # for this Heat Treated Crank is 12200AA330, superseded from the 12200AA430 which was Nitride Treated.

    We Keep Legacy Gear Sets for the 2002 - 2007 WRX transmissions in stock

    This is the OEM Main Shaft, and 1st through 4th gear that came in the 5-Speed manual transmission in the 2005 – 2008 Legacy GT.

    This set is available with either the Main Shaft and 1st and 2nd gear, or the Main Shaft and 1st through 4th gear. This gear set can be retrofitted into most Subaru 5-speed gear sets, but depending on the year of your transmission, you would need additional parts.

    We now offer the 1-4 gear set with installation kits for the 2002 - 2007 WRX. Each kit is slightly different, but they all include all the parts that are required for installation. There may be other parts that need to be replaced due to wear, such as bearings and synchros. If you need any other parts, let us know.

    All of the install kits include a new speedometer gear, but WRX's with a 3.7 final drive will have a slight speedometer discrepancy.

    Professional installation is very strongly recommended. If this gear set goes into any car other than it was originally designed for by Subaru, there is no warranty for strength expressed or implied.

    Also, because of the number of issues that can arise due to improper installation, this gear set is not returnable once any of the parts are installed, and we will not warranty any damage to the gear set or any other parts that is the result of improper installation.

    MODENA FRONT TBD FOR THE 02 - 07 WRX

    Modena is one of Australia's premier manufacturers of Motorsport Gears and Differentials.

    This is Modena's Torsen Style Torque Biasing Front Differential for the 2002 - 2007 WRX. This replaces the factory open differential, and will behave much like the factory LSD that is in the rear differential, or like the front LSD that comes in the STI from the factory.

    Modena's Torque Biasing Differential will provide improved traction under acceleration, but will open, or "Unlock" under deceleration as soon as you lift your foot off the accelerator. This is ideal for a car that is driven on the street, or at the track or Auto-X course because it will give you improved traction through the corner, and will help reduce understeer.

    The reason that this differential is not called a "Limited Slip Differential" is because it doesn't "lock-up" when the wheels begin to slip, which means that both wheels are receiving the same amount of torque and turning at or near the same speed.

    Instead, The Modena Torque Biasing Differential will transfer torque between the left and right wheel in order to make sure that 100% of the torque that is sent to the front axle is distributed between the two wheels. In other words, if one wheel is receiving 60% of the torque, this differential will make sure that the other 40% is sent to the other wheel.

    This results in improved traction for a better exit from the corner, without inducing any understeer, which a "Locked" Limited Slip Differential has a tendency to do.

    Professional installation is strongly recommended, and this diff comes with stub-axles all ready installed, for ease of installation.

    EXEDY STAGE 1 HEAVY DUTY ORGANIC CLUTCH FOR THE 2002-2005 SUBARU WRX

    This is a brand new Exedy Stage 1 Organic Heavy Duty Clutch for the 02-05 Subaru Impreza WRX 2.0L.

    Exedy Racing Flywheels are made from solid one-piece billet chromoly steel forgings. They are specifically designed to reduce weight and inertia for better engine response. Most incorporate special design features to enhance the air flow to improve the cooling of the clutch. The ring gear teeth are milled onto the flywheel unlike an aluminum flywheel where the ring gear is pressed onto the flywheel, and have the possibilities of separating from the flywheel.

    The steel insert on alloy flywheels also has the possibility of warping which could alter the set clamp load of the clutch cover and effect disengagement. This could cause the flywheel to explode due to two different expansion coefficients (aluminum flywheel pressed on steel ring gear). Exedy steel billet and forged steel flywheels have passed engineering tests to 15,000 rpm. They are guaranteed to be explosion proof at that rpm.

    CUSCO HEAVY DUTY MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION MOUNT KIT FOR WRX, STI, AND GC8

    Specially designed by Cusco for each application, these mounts are completely new. These are not cheap mount inserts; these are completely custom designed, complete mounts for the WRX. Perfect for those customers looking to drastically reduce engine movement.

    These differ from the OEM and Group-N Mounts in that there are two metal plates, which are connected during installation with bolts through the stiffer rubber compound bushing.

    This kit includes both lower engine mounts and the 5-speed transmission mount, and is sold as a kit only.

    STi 6-speed customers will not be able to use the 5-speed transmission mount portion of the kit.

    STI HARDENED GROUP-N ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION MOUNTS

    These Engine and Transmission mounts are made by Subaru Technica International to replace the stock parts. They are made using stiffer rubber and plastic to reduce movement of the engine and transmission under hard acceleration and braking. These are strongly recommended for highly modified engines.

    Each part is available separately, or you can save with our Group-N Engine Mount Kit which includes all three Engine Mounts, or our Complete Group-N Kit which includes the Transmission Mount as well.

    JDM STI TGV DELETES

    Japan has different emission standards than we do here in the states, and so most of the STI’s come without Tumbler valves from the factory.

    These are the JDM STI TGV’s for both top-feed injectors, and side-feed injectors. They will fit all USDM Turbo EJ Series Engines from 2002 – 2006 without modification. They can be installed on 2007+ USDM Turbo EJ Series Engines by slightly modifying the center bolt holes.

    Also, please note that removing the TGV’s will require a tune on all cars, and may interfere with your car’s ability to start when it is very cold.

    Cusco 1.5 Way Front Limited Slip Differential for the Subaru 5MT

    Three ways to set your CUSCO limited slip differentials: 1 way, 1.5 way and 2 way.
    1 way LSD: Specially suited for front wheel drive cars and AWD front axle cars. Activates under acceleration, and acts as a true LSD when the throttle is off. This CUSCO 1 way LSD will improve lap times without a doubt.
    1.5 way LSD: Activates under acceleration while the under-steer under deceleration is less than on a 2 way LSD. Recommended for those who have a hard time with under-steer.
    Two way LSD: Recommended on rear wheel drive cars and AWD rear axle cars. Activates on both acceleration and deceleration. Recommended for those who prefer aggressive driving and big angle drifting.

    Low power loss means better lap times for even the mild tuned of cars

    The LSD efficiency is higher with smoother oil flow between plates.
    The Benfits
    According to CUSCO'S in house research, initial torque is 50 to 70% lower compared to the conventional cone plate type LSD enabling lower drive friction and better response.
    The Type RS's Durability
    Special precision springs, set in the pressure plate, assure steady coil movement
    Clutch plates do not stick together like convetional cone plate type LSDs. Therefore less clutch plate wear or deterioration occurs.
    The Benefits
    The Type RS LSD had proved to be capable of competition use in the All Japan Gymkhana Championship without overhauling a single time during the season. With all drivers and teams finishing with good or championship reuslts at the end of the season.

    No clutch slipping in 0-400 meter accelerations (1/4 mile competition)

    Maintaining Stability And Performance

    Cusco oil through system enables stability in high performance LSDs.

    CUSCO's unique Oil Through System enables better oil flow inside the LSD for better efficiency. The casing made from CUSCO's unique technology allows the oil to flow from the wide end, to the pressure rings, then to the MZ clutch plates for efficeint lubrication. Making the LSD more stalbe and durable!

    This was only possible with CUSCO's unique technology in manufacturing chromoly steel casing and gears that enabled a higher level of durability and a better flow of oil due to the large oil openings.

    All Differentials come set at 100% lock-Up. They can be set up at either 60% or 80% lock-up for an additional charge.

    This is a brand new Subaru Ring and Pinion Gear Set for the 2002 – 2014 Subaru 5MT transmission.

    Through the years, Subaru has made 4 different ratios for this front ring and pinion gear, and depending on your application, it may be advantageous to swap out the stock ring and pinion for one of these other options.
    Keep in mind that if you are using the transmission in an All Wheel Drive application, you will need to consider the transfer gear ratios, and rear differential ratios when changing the front differential ratio, otherwise serious drivetrain damage could result.

    The available options are:
    4.44:1
    4.11:1
    3.9:1
    3.7:1
