Suspension setup for 818. What is everybody running?
I searched this sub-forum, and there really wasn't much that came up, describing what is commonly being used. I'm not sure whether it would be best to use a coilover setup, or just a strut/spring combo. I figured that ride height adjustability may be more important for the 818, and common suspension solutions for the WRX don't necessarily apply to the 818 since the body is totally different.
My 818 will be a daily driver.
What are you guys using, and what was your reason for choosing it?
Thanks!

Uh, the 818 uses upper and lower arm on the front with coil overs and adjustable spring perches standard.

I reveal my ignorance, not having a kit yet. Sorry for the dumb question. That explains why I didn't find much info in a search.
So the LCA's are the only suspension piece that comes from the donor? I guess I just thought that you would be using the other suspension pieces as well.

No problem, you can download the manual and get reimbursed when you buy the kit

That's a good idea. I think I might do that.

In the front, yes. In the rear, you re-use the lateral links and trailing arms. Some also re-use the rear sway bar from the donor in the front of the 818.
