I have a tired 5.0 I am going to rebuild and out the TFS package on.
Any recommendations for pistons (or anything else) that are a good value?
Thanks in advance!

There are loads of sites that sell pistons such as below. You should check out the quality of the item but good deals can be had. Racingjunk.com is another site. One thing to consider is the piston to valve clearance not only for the edge clearance but also the valve profile on the piston (compatible or the notch is in line with the valve curved edge). You or builder should clay check the valve/piston clearance. You could also bring your compression ratio up with a custom piston which would improve performance and is a bonus if you are changing pistons anyway. OEM are OK if you are not going too radical on the lift and duration such as an E303 cam. It's very important to consider the valve clearance though as each component change can bring you closer to that critical point. Every head manufacturer and cam maker has a disclaimer about that. If you are going with a TFS upper end kit, they should be able to give you the best advise on a safe and efficient piston to use. Things like the ratio of your rocker arms can also affect the clearance. A 1.6 or 1.7 ratio rocker will raise the valve a little more than the clearance designated on the cam specs. So just be careful and you should be OK. You can spend as little as indicated on the below website or well over a hundred dollars per piston for exotic racing ones like Diamond. If you get a rolling assembly kit, they are usually matched with the rods and crank pretty well. Good luck.

FFR MkIII 302 (ATK), EFI 75mm TB with custom box plenum chamber, 24# injectors, 4 tube BBK ceramic, cold air sys, alum flywheel, crane roller rockers, T5, Wilwood pedals, custom five link with Watt's link, 4 rotors, coil overs, power steering with Heidt valve, alum FFR rad, driver's crash bar mod, mini dead pedal mod, quick release steering wheel hub #6046
Spec Challenge Car, so the specified TFS Heads and Cam, stock profile pistons. Will definitely check clearances.
Seems often the guys doing this awhile have found the best values on the parts, so thought I would try and get some guidance from those who have gone before.

How about these: Probe FPS Forged Pistons P2482F-030
I'm using these http://www.summitracing.com/parts/uem-ic719-030, clearances are fine unless the block has been decked, so as you indicate good to check
