The connectors don't necessarily need to be labeled (although that is convenient). The Subaru owner's manual has a detailed layout of the wiring harness that can be used to identify connectors. So you can either buy a used harness and modify it yourself or pay someone (like iWire) to modify it for your 818. Used harnesses and ECUs are available on eBay for cheap ($200-300). The latter options runs about $2k.
