    GTM 283 Bodywork

    Hi all

I've been working on a friend's GTM, # 283. His name is Chuck. He posts under the name Chuck Hellevang.

He's got it past go-cart, and had attached the hood scoop and vents, but he got stuck on the doors. His car sat for a little over a year, and now I'm helping him out. The goal is to get her painted by Christmas.

Since Gene and his vids inspired us, here is our first attempt...

Here's the next video, and the first to show actual work being done.

The goal here was to make it possible for the windows to go all the way down.

Now that the artwork for the calendars is done and sent off to Steve, I've had some time to put up the next vid...

    Enjoy.

I fell a bit behind in putting these up. I'll try to catch up in the next week or 2, but for now....

Continuing work on the hood extractor vent, and mounting doors

I know its been a while. We took a bunch of video as we worked on the hood vent and passenger side window, and I kind of wanted to finish them up before posting so we could show the progress.

Videos 6 and 7 cover the window. Vids 8 and 9 cover the hood. Most likely the two hood videos will post after Christmas, as they seem to take forever to load up to youtube.

Thanks Stig. Saw your car on your thread. Drool!!!!!

So here is Video number 8. This is the work on the hood extractor vents. Vid 9 is being edited and will be posted this week, showing the extractor vent all bondo'd up and in its final shape.

And video 9 is finally done.
Sorry, its a long one. But the comments I've gotten are that people want to see the work being done. Unfortunately, there is no way to do bodywork quickly. It just has to take as long as it takes.

On the plus side, you get to meet my dog!!!!!

And the extractor vent on the hood is finally all shaped and filled.

    Hey guys

No new vid just yet, but I am currently working on the doors' fitment, seal, a-pillars, etc. Plus one little thing that I haven't seen done yet, but we're trying it out.

    Question....
we are now 9 vids in.
    Feedback?

    Show more work?
    Show less work?
Can the video making altogether and just show photos?
    Ideas?

    Thoughts? Feelings? Hopes? Fears?
