    Mendy Reverse Switch

I can make my lights work, but not threw the switch.
For sure it is in reverse, is there an adjustment.

I have power going to the light, then the ground ran threw the switch on the trans, then grounded.

And since I have your attention, I'm trying to get the 3rd stop light to work.
It is a LED light from a Cadi, do you think I should be able to put 12 volts to it, or does it need something givin that it is LED?

    Thanks guys

I'd call Ian about the switch. As far as I know they are not adjustable.

The tail light thing is not a definite answer. Most LEDs operate at something less than 12 volts. Whether the drop down resistors are inside the light itself, or if the voltage to the light is regulated some other way will likely not be known by looking on the light. The best way to be sure would be to put a meter on the cadi you got it from and electrify that circuit.

    Gene,
I ran power into switch and out of the switch. Then to the lights and ground after.

Gene, check continuity on the switch. You should not have continuity in any gear but reverse. When you engage reverse you should have continuity. On my car using the ISIS I used the switch to complete ground to the lights.
