    Differential Question

We just finished installing the rear axle and we are concerned we did something wrong as the pinion points right at the fat round cross bar of the frame. THis seems wrong as the pinion wont have a straight line access to the transmission. Did we do something wrong? I have attached two pictures. Any help or guidance on this would be great!!! Thanks so much.

Are you using the 3-link rear suspension?

Um, are you just letting the rear hang by the coilovers? Put jack stands under the axle and let the chassis "sit" on the suspension instead of letting it all hang. That will move the rear up several inches and into the normal "ride height/driving" location...

Hi guys Tony@ffr looks like the axle needs to be on jack stands then you can use the upper link to adjust the pinion angle..
