Working up to ordering a 65 coupe

But I'm 6'3 and only will buy the car if I can track it (meaning I'll need to fit with a helmet).

I see some point modify the floor/chassis/seat mounts to all the seats to sit 2" lower. Is this something you'd be willing to do at the factory during assembly when I order the car? I'd like to get the powder coated chassis and am going to avoid cutting into it as long as possible (keep the rust at bay).

Also, there's no factory gurney bubble option, right?
