    New aluminum panels .040 vs .060

    FFR uses .040 aluminum sheet. Since I have to make all new panels, I was thinking of going with .060. Does anyone see a downside with going with thicker material?

    Just requires better sheet metal tools, I have and use both in different spots

    I also used much thicker aluminum for the footbox floors...
