    First coolest thing...

Waiting (for almost 3 months) to get FFR 8219 in for paint and we had a nice sunny day today in NJ... and up to 20 degrees too! So my son and I snuck over to my storage unit to blow a little dust off my Roadster. After letting it warm up for a few minutes we headed back into town, more or less up the main drag, past work and made at left at the last lite in town. I made a left to head back the way we came, and jumped on it .... in a 25 mph zone. You know the sound it makes.... and so did the Cop sitting in a parking lot on the the right, looking right at me. As I swiveled my head to the right to see him... I caught the thumbs up from him !! and I slowed down, but kept going..... guess I'll have to make a nice donation to the local P.B.A. during their next fund drive

    Nice!

The long cold winter is not easy on us. Hopefully March sees temps that allow for longer runs.

    Come on Spring!

    FB-

My grandparents lived in Morris Plains, and I grew up in Jefferson. Some beautiful roads up that way. Great story about the cop!

I hope the painting goes well. Post some pics when you can!

    Regards,

    Steve

When I still had my Heritage Softail we used to cruise from Long Vally thru Califon, High Bridge, Flemington then Stockton etc down along the Delaware, cross over into Pennsy. and go north on 611 and cross back into NJ on rt 46. Good times. Guess I'll just have to follow my biker buddies in the roadster.

    I grew up in Jefferson.
It is nice up there...but spent more time north west of Rt 206...Jersey aint all "what exit off the turnpike are ya" and the refineries...

Amen to that! I actually laugh with my wife because people come out by us on their bikes to ride and we say "where do we go?"

    Little ride around the block...
