    Rollbar Installation : shouldn't be this hard

    I need a recommendation on how to get the rollbar 3rd leg to line up with the hoop. Does this naturally occur at the fully seated position or 1" higher with a good torque on the 3rd leg to fit?

    In the photos shown below, this is in the fully seated position... seems like it doesn't align well. Am I doing something wrong or is this a possible jig alignment issue from FFR? I would believe the former rather than the latter.

    Solution : Dremel & WD40. Also, it does not align well at fully seated position and seems to favor 1/2" above full seat.
