Anyone have a suggestion on a good foam to block of radiator air diversions?

I'm wanting to block off air escape routes for my HE and radiator. Anyone have a good source for foam that is the right density? Thanks in advance.
    Thanks- Chad

I would make a sheet metal piece, attach it to the frame, and where it touches the radiator buy some weather resistant EPDM foam from mcmaster. It's what I use to seal the HE to the subframe to prevent metal vibration wear and seal it. Do a search for "Weather-Resistant Neoprene/EPDM/SBR Foam". Available in mulitple widths and thicknesses.
