    diagnostic connector?

Ok so I am in the middle of my harness diet and almost have the main engine harness/ECU/power and grounds sorted and run. my question is after looking at the electrical print there is a page with a pile of check connectors/line end conn/line end check conn/diag term/diag conn/ DLC con's? what of all of these are needed to run the vehicle and check codes and data as well as program? I know the DLC is needed but are all the other connectors needed?

I only put in the green flash connectors and the OBDii connector.
My tuner "Turn IN concepts" was happy with that.

    I left mine in.
I need them for the Cobb Accessport, or if I want to do any other tuning in the future.
Always good to have access to the ECU and other items for test purposes.
