    Engine Timing

What are folks running for engine timing ? I'm running about 16 degrees advanced and seems a little high ?

Seems high. I assume you got to this number on the dyno? There are a few places for manufacturing tolerances to give you a bigger number.

14-16deg is common. My current engine likes 14deg. The older one liked 16deg. We set it on the dyno to maximize HP/TQ.
