    New Roadster delivered.

Delivered this new Mark 4 to its owner in NH this weekend I started the car in December. For several reasons, it was delayed in the paint shop. its home now though.

    Details:

Mark 4 kit with 3 link rear suspension.

427 Small block crate engine with a Tremec TKO backing it up

Ford 8.8 with 3:55 gears and disc brakes

    Breeze stainless roll bar.

All the usual options from Factory Five.

This car was painted by Dartmouth Collision.

I wish the owner many happy miles.

    Mike

be careful registering this as an antique. it is not one. if anything unfortunate happens your insurance company can deny coverage....you are misrepresenting the vehicle. It should be registered as a "1965 replica". It is not a "custom", nor a "street rod" and by no means an "antique". Just don't want you to get screwed by the insurance company.

as far as inspections go this is from the state:
    PART Saf-C 3225 REPLICAS

Saf-C 3225.01 Replicas of Antique Vehicles.

    (a) Replicas of antique vehicles shall not be considered antique motor vehicles for the purposes of inspection.

    (b) All replica antique vehicles shall comply with the laws, rules and the manufacturer's specifications of the passenger vehicle chassis on which they are based.

this means no catalytic converter, wipers etc. but it does need an OBD II if using a newer motor.
