    Coupe gripes

So for you all you out there with a coupe, what do you think is your biggest gripe or complaint?

That it isn't done yet!! LOL
If anything the manual will not get you through everything you need, but that is where this and the other forum are your life line. Don't expect OEM fit and finish (i.e. doors), but as far as kitcars go this is a good kit.

Hard to get in and out of. And a little on the loud side. Other than those 2 things I like it a lot.

The worst part is all the attention you draw wherever you go! HaHa! I miss my coupe! Seriously, though, they get pretty hot inside.

Hot, especially at WOT; you can feel the exhaust heat up around you. It is nice on the open road though as the interior is relatively calm at speed. The random attention that it creates, and of course the heavy metal music which is great, but earplugs are a good thing!

What is the color on that coupe, it really shows off the curves the way the light plays on it.

It's hot, and quite a bit louder than the roadster.

Its based on Summit Racing's Carbon Fiber metallic. It was mixed locally; base coat, clear coat.

Cost of body-work. So far I've only gotten 2 quotes and they're both north of $14k. If I ever get around to building a new workshop (now on the fence on that because the quotes I've gotten for that have all been over $75k (32x48 stick-build building)) I may take a shot at painting it myself.
