What did I do wrong? Check out the tow!

Here are some pictures of my power steering rack on the front of my car obviously the toe is way out the inner and outer tie rods are all the way collapsed or screwed in but obviously my toe is out I did everything in the manual I added the spacers to it and cut down the ends of the inner tie rods.

Could it be that you have the wrong tie rod ends? They appear to be too long.

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how far you take the wall with you.

X2. I don't think I have ever seen outer tie-rods that long. Did they come with the Kit?

    Yep wrong tie rod ends.
Could also go with a bump steer kit

I guess I could possibly be the wrong tie rod ends. The tie rods and the power steering rack came off of a 99 Mustang. I will probably just go with a bump steer kit at this point instead of buying new tie rods.

'99s are wider which helps explain things. I wouldn't just throw a bump steer kit on until you have measured to determine whether you actually HAVE bump steer.
