    Padded sun visors?!

So, the NY DMV called me and asked for clarifications on a bunch of things. One of them is a photo of my padded sun visors. Has anyone installed these without a roof? I'm not sure what I'm going to do for it yet.

padded sun visors....? Didn't realize that was a safety issue lol. I imagine you could stick the donor ones on to the windshield surround somehow. Miata ones would also be a good option since they are small.

I definitely don't have anything left from the donor

Going to head to the junkyard this weekend and pull the closest sun visors to the entrance of the yard. Then I'm going to get little baby C clamps and clamp them to the windshield surround. Does that scream "temporary"?

Wow that's nuts. NY seems very arbitrary on what they decide to require. I would hot glue them. Looks permanent but can be easily pulled off when needed.

When I drive my Miata I can't see the road if I put the visors down
