    Need help..... Again

All my pullies are lined up EXCEPT my idler pulley! It's about one rib off?! I need to move it back about 1/4 in. Anyone ever see this? Any fix you guys can think of short of getting the bracket to a fab shop to shorten the spacer?

Am I crazy for wanting to just hit this spacer on the bench grinder to shorten it so the pullies line up?

I know that i didn't need to cut the spacer.... I have heard that you need to cut the spacer if you use the vspeedworks re-enforcing kit. (I tried to find the link to the vspeedworks kit but his site is down with a database error.)

Do you have the vspeedworks kit?

I'm not sure, I bought the kit partially done from someone else so it could be but I doubt it for some reason, but I did end up just grinding it down with my table grinder. It turned out great and everything lines up as it should..... My impatience took over lol
