The very unofficial PRE HB CRUISE AND BBQ!!! Lesa and I cordially invite you to hang out, cruise PCH and BBQ at our place Friday, April 29th as we start off the 2016 Huntington Beach Cruise-In weekend!

The doors will be open all day for folks coming in from out of town. Park your trailer on our safe street and don't worry about it for the weekend! Please indicate need in reply, space is limited to 4, possibly 5 trailers. Please be sure to mention status (maybe, definitely) when you indicate you need trailer parking.



New this year, an attempt to coordinate with folks who want to contribute or bring their own food. Many FFR buddies ask me "What can we bring?" And you guys know me, I usually answer "Hey buddy, whatever you want is fine!" Well, in consultation with management I'm asking those folks to PM me for more info.



The cruise starts at 3pm SHARP! We will cruise PCH to Dana Point. If you don't arrive in time for the cruise, no worries! Just hang at my place until we get back.

The grill is always open, but we kick it up a notch after the cruise, usually around 6pm:


If you want to come, please reply to this thread with your Full Name and number of people you plan to bring and I'll add you to the list of expected arrivals.

We are located down the road a few miles from HB in beautiful Corona del Mar.

I have a GTM, I have my trip from WA all set except where to park my trailer, and where to stay. I just saw this thread,my son and I would love to park my trailer at your place, and hang with you guys if the offer is open.

I feel awkward posting the same thing twice.
I really would like to attend the event, but only now started to work out details. I didn't realize finding a place to park may be a deal breaker.
I guess the reason for the double post is now I feel urgency to nail down a spot.
I would love to take advantage of your offer, to provide a place for a trailer and truck. Like I said, I can pitch in some cash.

Hi everyone!

I've been EXTREMELY busy getting ready for the show. We ripped out the rear lawn and are putting in new artificial turf. The drought devastated our lawn!

I've also been busy EVERY DAY working to get my roadster ready for HB.

I'm sorry I haven't been updating the thread but rest assured, I'm extremely excited to be hosting the BBQ again this year. I can't wait to see you all again (some for the first time)!

Wow what a day! Thanks to everyone who showed up! If you have pictures, please post them!

We chose to forgo the cruise this year, and instead fired up the BBQ a little early. We ha tri-tip, burgers, dogs, chile, mac and cheese, refreshments of all kinds and way, way too much dessert! Thanks SO MUCH for your contibutions this year!

And, I want to personally thank those who left the envelope. It is so much appreciated, and unexpected!
