Atlanta caravan to Brunswick, GA for Deep South Cobra Club Event

For the Atlanta caravan, it will start on the square in Covington, departing at 9:00am. Hwy 278 to 142, through Newborn and Shady Dale. Then Hwy 16E to Eatonton, where we join up on Hwy 441, through Milledgeville, Dublin and McRae. At McRae we join Hwy 341 for the remainder of the trip. Lunch stop planned at Baxley, Captain Joe's Seafood. With two 15 minute rest breaks (one in Milledgeville and another in Dublin) and 1 hour lunch break, we will arrive at the Holiday Inn, Brunswick at 3:00 pm. Total travel time of 6 hours.

I am open to suggestions on alternate routing, lunch stop, etc.

So far, it just Gary Creel (Cobra4GC) and myself. Sure would like to have lots more folks join us!

I'd love to go! Wait, it's a bit out of my way... Garry! Stoked to be heading down to this show. I'm still reeling from hearing about Wade and maybe just a lot more committed to getting out and driving more, spending more time with my family and with good friends. Should be a great show! AND Power Tour AND Open House, AND LCS!!! See you soon man. Dave Smith

    Dave,

So sorry to hear of Wade's passing. I only knew him through the forums but it was obvious he was highly respected and had lots of FFR friends.

I'm really looking forward to another great Factory Five summer. See you soon! Every summer, I say, "It just doesn't get any better than this" ... and then it does!
