    Recommended Injectors

Hi Guys I am officially carting and have ran about 142.5 miles. tuning in closed loop only and I am getting 1 cylinder fouling the plug. I have swaped the coils and the injector and the problem followed the injector. So I am looking at your experience on recommended injectors.
I am running DW750 injectors. The issue is these are modified from DW. Does any body offer a 750 injector that has not been modified?
What brand are the tuners recommending?

Injector Dynmaics get consistently high ratings and the tuners I know love them. You can get 850cc and up. Would have to re-tune for that obviously.

+1 for ID 850s or 1000s depending on how much power you are shooting for.

Injector dynamics, or fuel injector clinic are my vote. I have tuned tons and tons of different setups, and I would recommend ID over most all other stuff. Paul Yaw, and the guys really know what they are doing. Don't bother with 750cc, go straight for 1000cc. leaves room to grow and more fuel options exist.

On my 04FXT 2.5L motor with stock tune. (220 crank horsepower)
    These are my injectors.

    sidefeed.jpg

yellow side feed best I can tell.
On our track day last month the duty cycle hit 65% max.

Will I need bigger injectors it I bump up to 300hp?

It has already been suggested that I bump up to VF48 from my TD04 turbo.
    Thanks
    Bob

You have side feed 565cc injectors. Are you talking 300 FWHP or RWHP? At 300 FWHP, you'll need a duty cycle of 92%. You want to leave a 15% safety margin, you will need bigger injectors either way.

Stock FXT yellow tops are 500cc.

Go with Injector Dynamics or nothing at all. Also FWIW COBB injectors are IDs.

    Thanks for the insight!
DW warranted my old blue 750 with a brand new set. The new Bosch EV 14 750 injectors. How do you guys feel about these?
