New Mk 4 builder in Nor Cal

After lurking around the forum for a while I pulled the trigger on a Mk4 base kit. It arrived yesterday from Stewart. I attended the Huntington Beach show for ideas and was amazing at all the creative builders out there. Was even happier when I got to sit in one and found out that my size 13's fit too!

Planning on a Coyote, TKO 500 and a solid 8.8 diff.

Looking forward to getting to meet some other builders and find new ways to spend money!

Gotta run, got a bunch of parts to inventory.

    Welcome Dave!

Awesome that you got to the HB show. You are right, there are some seriously awesome builds out there.

It's funny, I have gotten some strange responses when I tell people I ordered my kit without ever sitting in one; I am glad there are others!

Best of luck with your build, and feel free to keep us updated. We all love to see build pictures.

    Regards,

    Steve

    Hey Dave,

It was great meeting you at the show! We are just a back hills cruise away from each other. After having blazed the trail in the early days to doing Coyote's in these cars it have seen, learned, and done it all. There are some folks also doing some really cool stuff with some of the aftermarket electronics for these motors these days too. We need to get the Bay Area crowd over to your place to break in the neighbors early!

    Talk soon...

    Dave,

We accept your challenge and will certainly do our part to spend your money . Welcome and I'll start working on that spend list for you. Especially being Coyote brethren.
