Coupe for sale - nearly finished
Nearly completed Type 65 Coupe - has not been driven, has not been titled. SB100 paperwork was started and a number was assigned (if still valid)
Getting close by daytona.coupe, on Flickr
Build photos can be seen in my album linked here:

I am also willing to send photos of anything you like, and answer any questions you may have. Look closely at the photos, and compare to others. You will be hard pressed to find better attention to detail and workmanship. This is a CLEAN and high quality build.
This is a complete non-donor build using all new parts. The only parts that were recycled were the rearend housing, engine block, spindles, and transmission case. It was built to be a seriously capable track car that is also streetable. Lots of attention has been paid to keeping it light as well. I don't have a weight number for it as it sits now.
From my totals, you are looking at a minimum of $40k in parts to build a new coupe - not counting paint and if you do a stock build. No labor included of course.
From my basic estimate, I have over $70k in parts spent - that is just the parts I can think of. I can send a list detailing how I came up with this number. In reality, if you add the stuff I'm forgetting, all of the nickel and dime stuff, all of the trips to the hardware store, Summit, etc - there's several thousand more in there I'm not accounting for. Plus taxes and shipping expenses too. Probably more like $75-$80k

All of the above is assembled - all parts are new and have not even been driven around the block. Engine has been test fired, but the ECU is new and the engine has not been fired or tuned since the new ecu was installed.
Needs to be done:
Ignition wiring finished
Align engine pulleys
add O2 bung on D side header
Change header bolts
Finish riveting rear hatch sheet metal
Adjust drivers door hinge
Upholster top dash
Install windshield
Shifter boot and bezel
Align headlights
Flush and bleed brakes (again)
Flush out old fuel
Tune the ECU
As far as I know or/or can remember, this is it.
Realistically, there is only a few weeks and maybe $2k - $3k worth of work (less if you're doing it yourself) needed to finish it up. I just don't have the time, and I will be moving soon as well, so I may not have the space either.
Asking $50kfor the car and everything I have related to this project - includes some of the kit parts that were unused. Title and registration is up to you. As it sells now, it is an technically an uncompleted kit. Willing to discuss offers, also willing to consider a partial trade if it included a completed car (roadster or a 33 roadster) and a substantial amount of cash.

Good luck with the sale. Someone is going to get a very nice car.
It's never too early to start beefing up your obituary.
