This Coyote Hunts!
After 3 intense days with the boys at DMV Theft & Fraud, I was able to get my title approved. The car is registered as a 1933 Ford roadster with a replica notation on the title. They were demanding an indemnity bond at a cost of $130 and the time to get 2 car appraisals because the new crate motor and Tremec TKO600 came without a MCO. Ford Racing does not provide this documentation as these parts have no serial numbers. They finally accepted my bills of sale as adequate proof of ownership. If anyone needs info on titling in NC, I can walk you through the process. Check out my plates below.

Congratulations on getting her all legal and whatnot! I love the plates!!
Sorry to hear about your troubles with the DMV. I know how frustrating that can be. It's good that they finally got it right though.
What are your plans for color and finishing out the front end? Good luck as you finish her up.
Regards,
Steve
