    Bob what size CTB clamps do you have on the black intercooler water hoses?
    I used CTB-26 but they barely squeeze the hose I need CTB-25 but cannot find any body that will sell that size.Fastenal shows them but when I called they would have to order a huge quantity.

    I'm running standard 3/4" heater hose.

    I think I am just going to save up the money (hide it from my wife actually) and go AWIC. Lot of work now that the car is together, but there are a few things I'd like to address anyway.

    Just make sure the cooler core is protected from engine bay heat.
