Fiberglass molding. I didn't take a picture, but they use a robot to trim the parts. they're all a trimmed slightly over size, so the end user can trim to exact fit.

It was a pretty cool trip for me. After building and driving one for so long, it was pretty cool seeing the "factory". The MkIV has some really nice updates over my MkII. Makes me think I should build another Cobra.
