Need to see an 818 in person

Considering an 818 but need to see one in person before making such a large commitment.

I live in the Huntsville, AL area.

I would happily buy you a chik-fil-a for your time!

Feel free to email me if you and your car are available to help me decide.

How close is Enterprise AL? You could hit up Wayne Priestly, his builds some nice 818s, maybe he can help you out.

Erik: small world. Why don't you have your 818 still? I would happily drive down the street to see yours at work!
Know anyone else local with one I can look at?
Considering going to enterprise to see this Wayne guy.... Looks like he is within walking distance of the airport. I can always do a training flight to enterprise!

What was your opinion of the 818?
Why did you get rid of it?
    Where is your build documented?

I have to warn you that the 818 is much better looking in person than photos would hint. I remember watching all the weekly crowd source designs come in and then being completely let down by the very ordinary final design choice- until I saw one in person. You just know it's something special and so does everyone else. This is not the car to take when you're on a schedule because you will have discussions with strangers everywhere you go. Back on topic: I'm sure there are better examples of an 818 out there since I am just a regular guy, but mine is on the road and in the southeast (Tampa, FL). Sounds like you might be a pilot so that kind of distance might not be an issue.
Let me know if you're coming this way!
