    Donor for new coupe

    Can the Gen 3 use the newer donors ? Say 2003?

    Not sure for all the suspension components, but for the engine and tranny probably.

    Well I am just guessing,
    But since they don't offer a mod motor K member you would have to do some adapting on your own.
    Possible? most likely. But since you don't seem to already know the answer you are probably already over your head.
    And some items would still need to come from a fox body.

    Mod motor has been done though.
    Customer headers, mounts, it's a taller motor.

    I can tell you the SOHC mod motor bolts right to the standard motor mounts in the gen 2

    That's good info. Does the motor clear the hood? Headers still a problem. Do you have a complete kit or a basic kit? What other parts did you need from your donor?

    Check out the link in my signature for photos and details of the build. As for the 02 SOHC I used it clears the hood with plenty of room. I used roadster foot box panels and pipes but this new gen 3 is completely different. Mine was a basic kit and I did all my own cutouts as the exhaust exited in s different spot
