Does this Wheel/Tire combo seem generally sane?

Trying to decide what to put on for wheels/tires. I'm going to want to go with fairly large brakes in the front, so I was thinking at least 18 but probably 19 to be safe. Also, I'd like somewhat of a sidewall in the back, but I also don't want to get too big and worry about raising the rear end or scraping (though, does this even matter if I'm doing bike fenders?). I also don't mind a smaller sidewall in the front, a little wider, for those moments when the wheel isn't straight.

So, that line of thinking currently has me considering:

    Front:
    19 X 8.5 +22 5x114.3 CB73 with 245/30/19 (24.8 height)
    Rear:
    18 X 10.5 +15 5x114.3 CB73 with 285/35/18 (25.9 height)

Am I crazy? Will this even work? This would be a lot easier to answer with the car in my garage, but I don't have it yet and I'm trying to get at least the rolling parts lined up. Can anyone help?

Thanks, the +15 offset rear is what causes me some pause, I think if I did the math right, to match with FF's recommended wheels I'd need like a -13. But Maybe I did that math wrong. Also I think people actually the the 20s with a 1 inch spacer anyway..?
