    Father/Daughter drive

Its been raining non stop up here in the northwest for almost two months.

It was finally dry enough last weekend to take the cobra for a short spin. I had to pickup my daughter Sunday and she wanted to play around with the go-pro

Nothing better than one of your children wants to be involved in your passions. The time together is amazing, and the video documentation will be something to visit forever.

    Fun video!
What is this rain you speak of? It has not rained at my house since August. Never remember a stretch like this.

We had almost 9 inches of rain in just the month of October at our place. Makes it tough to drive the cobra in that type of weather.

Obviously your daughter had a ball. I guess she is kind of used to it though. An MGB GT and a 60s Mustang in the backround says you are a long time gear head.

The MGB GT is my daughters favorite car. She calls it her car. We have 3 mustangs, two 64.5 and one 65.

I blame my father for the car obsession. He always had corvettes and muscle cars when I was growing up and I guess I grew out of his shadow.

    Future FFR builder..

When I was about her age, going out on cruises with my sister's boyfriend in his old TR3, and then later in his AC Bristol, is what got me hooked.

Very cool. Sure would like to see some shoulder belts though. Hoping you at least had seat belts. (Sorry, someone had to say it.)

I have twin daughters that are 9. Also, boys 18 and 11. The girls ask me to take cruises way more than the boys! Here is a picture of one of my twins and I in the 4th of July parade this year. She loved it! Hard to see her, but she was all smiles waving to all her friends from school throughout the parade course... Yes, I can relate... Good stuff, good memories. Thumbs up!
