    2016 25 Hours of Thunderhill

Well gang, it wasn't the best year.

We started out qualifying 12th and had a pretty good race going as we climbed the ranks. In hour 20 we were in 7th overall and 4th in class when a rear lower ball joint broke during a yellow flag situation. It could have been a lot worse, but we managed to repair it and finish the race, but pretty far down the field finishing 26th overall out of 65 starters.

Not what we were looking for, but the car was faster than ever...only problem was...so was everybody else!

When we were running 4th we were behind a Flying Lizard Audi R8, a Flying Lizard Porsche, and a Trefeo Lamborghini. Pretty tough competition.

The in car video was provided live this year by Racecast and replay mode can be selected at www.racecast.me under the driver search function and then use Beau Borders as the driver name.

I always thought that a nice Vette with a cage would do well at the 25. Where did you guys end up? Why didn't JG come over and say hi?

    Great job guys!
I have to admit that my heart sank a little when I read the final entry list.
It looks like the list of heavy hitters is only getting longer each year.
To run where you were pre failure speaks volumes to the vehicle and driver lineup.
    Cheers,
    Dave
