    Suspension Help Please

Hi Guy's, I'm using a 33 hot rod front suspension on a track roadster I'm building.
I am looking for a little help with a measurement to help with the setup.
I would like to know what the measurement to the ground is from the lower arm pivot point and the upper arm pivot point.
    As per the attached image.
It doesn't matter if the car is lowered or raised or what tires it runs, as it is the distance between pivot points that really matters to me.
Close enough is good enough as there really is only 2 possible measurements and they are quite different.
More than one reply would be really helpful too, as a way of confirmation I'm on the right track.
Any and all information would greatly appreciated.
    Cheers

Upper arm pivot point is 16.5'' from the ground,
Lower arm pivot point is 9.5" from the ground. Both measurements are "close enough".
    Cheers, Neil
