    Boyd Tank in a 33

Has anyone upgraded their FFR tank to a Boyd tank? Was it an exact fit and did all the FFR fittings, filler hose etc. fit without issues. Did you think it worth the price? I noticed a lot of movement of the gas gauge during turns with the engine looking for gas and hopefully the Boyd with baffles corrects the gas movement.

    Thanks

I used a Boyd tank from the start in my 33. IMO well worth the price. You do have to buy a different fuel gauge as the sender in the Boyd tank works different than the FFR unit. Check out my 33 build thread for more info and pictures of the tank install.

When did you buy your kit? I bought mine in 2016 and I am pretty sure the tank has baffles in it in addition to a bunch of fixes for the other problems people have encountered
