    Aluminum #10907/08 : nose intake

I'm looking for photos of the nose intake (aluminum pieces 10907 and 10908). I am uncertain where the notches line-up or where to mount this. I'm using a 93 donor radiator (I don't think this matters).

Mount these side pieces after the body is on and the bottom of the rad has been secured. There is an aluminum piece that connects the bottom of the rad the the bottom of the oval opening in the front of the body.

The side shrouds often need trimming and/or tweaking. As mentioned, you will need to test fit them with the body on, so they don't hold the body up, and trim as needed. Allow room for some bulb seal along the edge that meets the body as well.
Those notches are there to help you access the bumper/quick-jack mounting bolts, so they should line up with the holes in the front frame plates...more or less. The angle that you mounted your radiator can also have an affect on how the side shrouds will fit at the rad itself. To a degree you can trim them to help with the angle.
That lower center piece of aluminum shrouding, I mounted to my custom cross brace, that runs under the radiator, and it as not attached in anyway to the side shrouds.
Another tip is to use a section of thin self adhesive weatherstrip, between the aluminum side shrouds and the radiator, to prevent metal to metal contact,

My car is a MK3.1 keep in mind ..
