Very Interested in building an 818C

    Hello to everyone,
Been lurking on the Board for several months off and on and decided I want to do a build after watching the Powernation build. I have a ton of questions but I'm not sure if this is the right place to post them. In any event I can tell from what I have read you folks are very generous with your time and helpful comments for folks either wanting to build or in the middle of their build and you can't hardly ask for more than that. I am currently finishing up a street rod build, not an FFR, a 1940 Hudson Coupe. When it's done this summer I'll be looking for my next project. Looking forward to being part of your community.

I see that you are in Florida, I'm just over in Keystone Heights. Do you ever take your 818 to local shows or events?

I joined a couple of hotrod forums and metal shaping forums to help learn what I needed to know for the Hudson project. I had guys from the U.S., Sweden and Australia helping with my metal shaping. I had to fab complex door panels and patch panels for the fenders, those guys were great and so knowledgable and experienced. Really looking forward to the 818 experience.
