Fingers crossed the sale holds a few more days..

Man, I'm close! Got all the money lined up except the last few thousand that are due to arrive this week. Then I can place the order..

No-one knows when the sale will end, so I'm keeping fingers and toes crossed that I can get the funds here in time to get that discount

I was told 5-6 weeks for delivery (I'm getting stage 1 '33) which is faster than I expected, so I'm excited to get this project started!

Talk to FFR about sale price, they are good about that if you are close.

You don't have to pay 100% up front.

No you're right Mike but after a couple of false starts I want to be sure I have all the money before pulling the trigger! That's a story over beer

    383sbc, 6spd, 3link, hardtop, hood/nosides..

I'll build very simple first time through; cheap 350 motor, no heat/ac, kit as-is pretty much (no pws,Boyd etc) then rebuild yearly and upgrade as I can.

I've built before (Gtd40, 37ford) and never do well with going for broke first off. I prefer getting (lots of) miles on it asap and then improving what I want. I put 60k miles on my gtd40 in 2 years which was my daily driver - the 33 will be my daily too.

Hey man, I'm in SATX as well! Would love to see your build! Only met one other person with a Cobra here, though supposedly there's an 818 running around somewhere too but never seen it!

Excellent Benji! I'm expecting my 33 in first week of April (Stewart are picking up 8 cars and I'm not sure the exact date yet), but I'll PM you to share contact details..

Wow, that's impressive. Most GT40 owners are lucky if they put 1 or 2k miles a year on their car.
