Should be no reason it wont fit, Need a photo of the back of the engine to really tell.
Not sure 785 horsepower would be enough.
Be sure there is a tune for the control pack, the electronics are different than a mustang.

not for a hot rod,
Stock Oil pan works in the hot rod, not in a roadster or coupe

you will need to remove alternator, cut off mounting boss & remount alternator backwards on the passenger side of the engine. (not really a big problem, just need to get a solid pulley for the alternator as the stock one is clutched & it needs to turn backwards from original).
But all of this is the same for any Coyote engine in the Hot Rod.
