    Rear Crash Protection

As you all know, there is little in the way of crash protection from being rear-ended. I decided to spend 26 lbs for some peace of mind. The body cross brace's triangular areas (just behind the upper shock mounts) also now have been filled with 16lb expanding Urethane foam to hopefully isolate the frame and shock absorber mounting points from minor impacts. Major impacts will push on quite a bit of heavy frame structure before getting to me...hopefully.

I did similar with my R an used all that structure to support wing and additional body mount points (like you seem to have done).

Here are pictures of my front and rear. Next time I take the body off, I'll do a go kart video.

Wing and RMIC mount for mine, might do something if I back into a wall but that wasn't the goal.
