One piece rear main seal orientation

Does the lip face outwards or inwards?

Thanks. I ruined the seal so I guess I'll buy a box and keep trying. Or just sell the whole project. I'm tired of working on it

Stick with it my friend. Step back and take a break. Two steps forward and one step back still results in one step forward. Keep stepping forward and it will get done.

    True that.

You'll get this problem solved soon enough, and then move on to the next one.

A custom build like your doing, is bound to create some frustrations. What would you do instead. go golfing?
