What Cobra is this?

Since I sold my Mark II I've had the itch to get another and this Cobra has popped up nearby, but the seller nor I can tell who the maker is. He has no paperwork on it (he's older and the 2nd owner) so I'm looking to see if you experts can hazard a guess as to origin of this Cobra.

I don't see any donor parts and it looks well built. It has a 9" rear, a heater, wipers, adjustable seats, adjustable column, push button start, and battery in the trunk. The VIN plate says it's a Shelby American, INC Car made in LA, but they said it's not their car as their VINs start with CSX and this price is WAY less than a CSX Shelby. I'm looking at 25g for this car.

FFR windshields are just so much better! But it looks like a quality build.

I'd love to have another FFR, but the price is right and it does appear to be well built.
