Great to see the 818 getting a bit of recognition (and a beautiful one at that). iWire posted a few photos of it a few months ago:

I'm glad to see someone finally made a pressurized plenum to feed the stock location AAIC. A lot of us talked about that years ago but no one ever did it. Coupe certainly has more space to do it.

HAHA! I was thinking the same thing. Either that or some serious internal damage.

But seatbelts aside, amazing car. Very well done!

Craig, I have done it. I'll test it with a 400-mile drive to Huntington Beach. Stay tuned.

Yep, we built the harness and he's local to us so we got to see the progress in person. The owner didn't take any shortcuts and it shows. Truly great representation for the car, well other than the pedal issue. lol

Anyone know what this car has for shifter setup that elicited the positive comments during the video?

Per the link above, it's the Factory Five shifter.

I was more curious about linkage routing and whether bell-crank was used. I'm surprised to hear the stock system getting praise based on everything I have read on this forum, but I have never used one so I have no basis of comparison against my K-tuned/0dB/factory routing setup.

I'm guessing its the upgraded aluminum shifter that ffr sells. If they think that's really tight and positive that's an understatement.
