This was on my 03 donor on the fuel return. No mention in the build manual of using it. What is everyone else doing?

It's a fuel damper and I personally didn't use it as I replaced the entire fuel system with aftermarket stuff.

Definitely the stock fuel damper. Keep it if you will be using all the stock fuel system. You will use an aftermarket unit if you change fuel rails, etc. in most cases.

I'm running an ej207 without it mostly stock outside of the fuel pump, filter, and PTFE fuel lines. My car runs fine without. It wont hurt to have it in though.
