Quickly learned it's worth it to take the time to deburr the aluminum panels. Some of those are crazy sharp. No fancy tool is needed, I just use a small mill file. A little bit of work, will save a lot of skin later.

Still making progress. Suspension is fully assembled, brakes done, steering done, and back to riveting.

Couple things that came up so far, drilling the mounting holes on the IRS diff, is a total pain in the butt. Holes ended up a bit oversized, but shouldn't matter, even in a Mustang they are bigger than the necessary. And, like many others, I had to shorten my lower steering shaft by about 3/8". It was either shorten it, or grind the flange bearing a bit to fit inside the footbox.
