Those look cool, with the "REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT" tag hanging.

Other than looking cool, what's the purpose? (I'm a noob, and seriously asking. I haven't seen these before.) Is there a problem with varmints or bugs or something crawling up into side pipes?

I was going to use an old t-shirt to plug them during storage. I thought these would be cooler haha

    Here's another benefit.
I was working on doorway carpet trim when I bent down I sliced my knee cap and ended up with 6 stiches. That would have saved my knee cap.

If you don't spill some blood while building these cars, you've done something wrong..
