    Maintenance Program

Has anyone developed a maintenance program of items that need to be be accomplished on a regular basis? I'm thinking of things like re-pack wheel bearings, grease steering joints, clean or replace fuel filters, re-torque bolts, etc.

I just created a spreadsheet with tabs for each vehicle. I didn't get fancy with mine, but you could use conditional formatting to color items based on date of last service that could give you a quick visual of what is getting close or past due.
